Contact & TownSq.
-
Use the contact form on this website for general questions, suggestions, or community concerns. For questions about your property, a violation notice, or an existing request, please submit a request through TownSq so the correspondence can be tracked. Include your name, property address, and a clear description of how we can help.
-
Sign in to your TownSq account and open the Requests section. Create a new request, select the appropriate category if available, and describe your question or concern. Include your property address and any helpful photos or documents. Check the request for follow-up messages and updates.
If you cannot access TownSq, use the website contact form to ask for assistance.
-
Use TownSq for property-specific matters, violation questions, and requests that need a documented response. Submit ARC applications through the designated architectural/modification application process in TownSq.
Use the website contact form for general questions, community suggestions, or help finding the right contact. Please avoid submitting the same request through multiple channels, as keeping correspondence together makes it easier to follow up.
Home Improvements & ARC
-
Exterior changes require review by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Before purchasing materials or starting work, review the current Wedgwood Community Handbook and confirm whether your project requires approval.
If approval is required, wait until you receive written approval before beginning. A similar improvement at another property does not establish approval for your project.
-
Submit your application through the architectural/modification application process in TownSq. Describe the proposed work and provide the information requested on the application.
Helpful supporting materials may include photographs, dimensions, proposed colors and materials, a drawing showing the location, and an anticipated project timeline. Providing complete information helps the committee review your request.
-
Check your submission in TownSq for updates or requests for additional information. If you need clarification, follow up through the existing application or reference it in a TownSq request.
Submitting an application or receiving confirmation that it was received does not mean the project has been approved. Look for a written approval before proceeding.
Property Maintenance & Notices
-
Read the entire notice carefully, including each listed item, any accompanying photographs, and the compliance deadline. A notice may identify several conditions that need attention.
If you are unsure what needs to be corrected or believe the notice contains an error, submit a request through TownSq. Include your property address, the notice date, and any photographs or information that will help the Board review your concern.
-
Follow any completion-reporting instructions in your notice. You can also provide an update through TownSq with your property address, the notice date, and clear photographs showing that all listed items have been addressed.
Completing one item may not resolve the notice if other listed conditions remain outstanding.
-
Contact the Board through TownSq as soon as possible, preferably before the deadline in your notice. Explain what remains to be completed, any progress already made, and your proposed completion date. Include photographs or contractor scheduling information when helpful.
Requests for additional time must be reviewed. Do not assume the deadline has changed unless you receive written confirmation.
Pools & Common Areas
-
Contact the Board for the current instructions for obtaining or replacing a pool key fob. Include your property address and explain whether you are requesting a new fob, replacing a lost or damaged fob, or reporting an access problem.
For a fob that is not working, include the location and approximate time of the problem. The Board can direct you to the appropriate contact and explain any applicable requirements or fees.
-
Check current pool announcements in TownSq and the rules posted at the pool. Review seasonal information before visiting, as schedules and access arrangements may change.
Temporary closures or maintenance updates may affect availability. Always follow posted closure notices and the current pool rules.
-
Submit a request through TownSq describing the issue and its exact location. Include photographs and the date you observed the problem when possible.
For an access issue or damaged amenity, explain which facility or equipment is affected. If there is an immediate danger or emergency, call 911; do not wait for a response to an online request.
Community & Board Participation
-
Check TownSq announcements and the community newsletter for upcoming events, locations, times, and participation details.
Review the latest announcement before attending, especially for outdoor events. Weather, vendor availability, or other circumstances may result in a schedule change.
-
Send the Board a message through the website contact form expressing your interest. Let us know which activities or committees interest you, any relevant skills, and how much time you would like to contribute.
Opportunities may include helping with community events or serving on a committee. The Board can explain current openings and any application or appointment steps.
-
Check TownSq and official Association notices for annual homeowners meeting announcements, including the date, location, time, and any participation instructions.
If you would like to raise a topic or have a question about attending a meeting, contact the Board in advance for the applicable process.
